Happy New Year folks! As we all look ahead and celebrate the new energy & promise the New Year brings, I think it’s also important to remember and reflect on how far we’ve come — both individually and together.  

2022 was a big year at The Courage Collective. In addition to finding our lane and using our voice, we also made some fantastic new friends including: Elle Communications, Ebony Flake, Dimension Renewable Energy, & Minority Report Podcast, and continued our partnership with old friends including: NissanUnited, Carrum Health, Campbell & Co, & Omnidian. Thanks to everyone we collaborated with in 2022 – we’re grateful for the partnership! 

It’s an interesting time to be doing DEI work. Much of the reactive and performative energy from 2020 has since devolved into apathy, ambivalence, inaction and budget cuts, but for those of you who are still in the arena and truly invested in the important work of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion — we see you, and are grateful to be in it together.
